Pendragon Technology Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Tom and Penny Kelly. Our goal was to deliver independent instrumentation and automation services to Industrial and Municipal clients.  Many local customers have relied upon our expertise since Tom first came to work in the Hudson Valley as an employee of Westinghouse Instrument Service Company in 1979.

We supply, install, calibrate and repair control equipment from any vendor to meet our customer's requirements.

Tom Kelly's extensive technical experience as well as a time tested network of suppliers and sub contractors enables us to give our customers non biased evaluations of their equipment problems. If requested, we can recommend alternate paths to upgrade or replace individual devices or complete systems. Our choices are guided by quality, value and suitability to the individual application. In some situations careful device selection can provide system upgrade as well as installation for less than the cost of an exact replacement.
