• Design, installation and startup of pH control systems at locations in Manhattan to neutralize waste water discharged to the New York City Sewer System

Chiller and Cooling Towers

• Supplied, installed and calibrated temperature, pressure, flow and level instrumentation at Paramount Groups Manhattan location as well as IBM's Watson Research center
• Retrofitted existing butterfly valves on cooling towers with new electric operators to replace failed pneumatic units

Semiconductor fabrication plant

• Numerous calibrations and repair projects at IBM's East Fishkill plant
